Genesis Housing

Co-live with young people for free.

Genesis is creating a co-living house that is free for young people working on things they love. We will also consider awarding living stipends.

The only "cost" to joining Genesis Housing as a member is pledging 10% of the money you make after you've made $100,000,000. This is so that a small percentage of one's outlier success can pay it forward for many others in the years to come. In other words, if you make less than $100,000,000 in your lifetime, Genesis costs nothing.

Other than this, there is no cost. This is not debt and you have no obligation to start a company or do anything you don't wnat to. Finally, if you aren't satisfied with your stay or leave within [x] months of signing, we will void the contract full-stop. No harm, no foul.

Currently, the location is to be determined. Assume that it will be in or near a major tech hub in the United States. You can stay for as long as you need, until you secure the funding or any other means necessary to pursue what you love full-time. If you move out and need to move back in, you can.
